Melanie Bolton was born in Provo, Utah and raised with her seven siblings in Nephi, Utah. Melanie has lived in several different states throughout the United States. The latest move brought her family from Milford, Massachusetts, to the North Dallas Metro area.

Melanie has been married for 39 years and has four children, who are now all adult age. Her children live across the globe, with one living in England, another living in California, and two are residing in Texas. Along with four children, Melanie and her husband have a rescue dog and two rescue kittens. Melanie is a very active member of her church congregation and has had various volunteer teaching and leadership roles in her church.

Melanie Bolton attended Brigham Young University in Provo and Brigham Young University in Idaho, and graduated, Magna Cum Laude, with a degree in Human Development, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Sciences. A marriage and family degree prepared Melanie to understand the dynamics of families and the wide range of human services that assist families to be healthy units. Training in communication, critical writing, and finance were essential elements of Melanie's degree and allowed for the acquisition of computer and communication skills, which are essential in helping agents assist clients in obtaining the best deal in their market.

Melanie Bolton entered the Real Estate business to help agents improve their connections with their clients through the use of their Keller Williams Command Center.
